WorkingWithUs
We are thrilled that you are interested in working with us. Our hope is that this page will help give you a strong understanding of what to expect in working with us, and to answer some of the questions we most are asked most frequently.
Our goal is to provide you with an excellent client experience. Your Project will have it’s own unique details but the general process will follow this rhythm:
Design and quote
construction
finishing
instillation
The design and quote process usually takes a couple of days, including time for us to fully understand your vision, often scheduling a time to come take measurements, work with our designer to bring the concept to life and then work out a quote for price and timeline. This stage is often where we decide whether your project and budget are best suited for fully custom, or semi-custom products. We then present you with a quote including the final design, cost and estimated timeline. To secure our work we sign a contract with you and collect a deposit, generally 40%-50% of total project cost.
During construction, we build most or all of your project in our workshop in Oshtemo, and order additional pieces from our most trusted material suppliers. This stage can often be the longest, and we stay in contact with you if any timelines change. Generally this only happens if materials are delivered that do not meet our high quality standards.
The finishing stage refers to painting, staining, or otherwise finishing the completely built products. We have worked with a handful of local painters and our team transports your project every step of the way. Your cabinetry will be in careful hands at each step. For semi-custom projects we often have finished or painted products delivered to your location. We inspect for quality before moving on to the next phase.
Instilation is the final step, during which time we meticulously place and secure your project in your home, office or location. At this point we collect payment in full before installing.
We hope that you are fully satisfied with your new project, and invite your feedback and reviews on Google

We love what we do and take pride in how we do it. We are much better carpenters than we are videographers, however we love to share what we’re up to. Here are a few photos behind the scenes, into the shop where the magic happens. If you’d like to see more, check out our social media pages. Links can be found on the bottom of the webpage.
